Fast Power On
Press

button on your remote control and select 
Settings > System > Advanced Settings > Fast Power On.
Enable TV fast start-up feature.
Power On Mode
Press / button on your remote control and select Settings > System > Advanced Settings > Power On Mode.
The TV will turn on in the selected mode when the main power is reconnected.
