External source connected but no picture or sound.
I have connected an external source to my TV but I get no picture and/or sound.
Check whether the connection between the external device and your TV is correct and secure.
Make sure you have made the correct selection of input source.
If the signal is intermittent, unplug the TV power cord from AC outlet and re-plug after 60 seconds.
When devices are connected with HDMI cables
- If there is always no signal, or the signal cannot be restored after plugging and unplugging, you can access

Settings > System > HDMI & CEC > HDMI Format, to confirm whether the signal can be recognised. - Change to another HDMI port.
- Change to another HDMI cable.
